If you're having any serious computer issues that you need repaired, I would not recommend bring it here. I brought in my PC in and I'm convinced they didn't even look at it. They told me I needed a new motherboard due to the age of mine.Charged me 45 dollars. They claim they ran tests, turns out the motherboard was fine. There were other issues causing my problem. It would have been nice if they actually tried to diagnose. I don't even know if they actually looked at my computer, but they definitely charged me.

Called ahead stating that my wife's laptop battery depletes with normal use very rapidly (sometimes 20 minutes, sometimes up to an hour of use). I explained transparently that I have a 3rd party (Costco) warranty on the laptop and that they need a diagnosis of the issue + estimate for repair before they reimburse. I told them once the warranty work was approved, I would use CompuWorld to conduct the repair. I previously ran a battery report - The laptop was at 81% battery health after only 204 cycles which indicated to me that the battery was defective for draining that much in so few cycles. When I returned to the store 24hrs later I was told the battery was 'fine' and that nothing was wrong with the laptop. I asked what they did to determine this and was told they 'ran some software' but would not tell me what software they did, nor did they confirm how they ran a stress test. I asked for further explanation, and the employee (possibly owner) told me 'I don't know anything about batteries' and wouldn't give me his opinion. I asked what conditions generally mean that a battery is consumed or defective and he said he doesn't know, told me I can replace the battery whenever I feel I want longer use out of it. None of this made sense, the man was not willing to work with me or discuss with me the issue. Upon returning home I saw that they only ran HWMONITOR to see the battery health and no history of programs being opened other than a YouTube video with the sound muted as their 'stress test.' Overall the service was very poor and inconvenienced me. They weren't forthcoming with how they ran diagnostics, and would not help me or even provide me with a receipt showing they had ownership of the laptop for the past 24 hrs. My guess is he misinterpreted me when I said I had a 3rd party warranty and thought I only wanted to use them to obtain a diagnosis to then get the work done elsewhere - I fully intended to have them repair the laptop once my warranty claim was approved, which required a diagnosis + estimate for repair. He even said he'd charge $45 for an estimate paper and wouldn't return to me my original authorization paperwork. Very strange and very poor customer service. Now I'll just order the part on eBay and swap it myself. This service was on par with early 2000s Best Buy Geek Squad or worse.

Extremely satisfied with the service here. I'm an avid gamer that wanted to build my own PC for the first time to have a tower that could keep up with the latest games. I spent an entire weekend putting one together from parts I ordered off Amazon, but couldn't get it working. Tae took a quick look and immediately knew it was an issue with the motherboard. He offered to take apart my tower, replace the motherboard with a better one he recommended, and complete the remaining process of building the PC for me - all for a very, very reasonable price. You can tell he's been working with computer parts for decades and knows the ins and outs of the systems. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone having PC issues.

Last year my son's computer was stolen while AT Best Buy's Geek Squad. I have had information stolen as well. A horrible experience indeed! This time we went to CompuWorld. The service was wonderful, quick, and pleasant. The people who took care of us were a lovely father and son, with whom we could relate to. We need to get back to supporting small family businesses.
