I had a 2 different, but related, software issues that both companies involved were unable to fix, even after over a dozen hours of chats. I brought my laptop in to the Aston CNA location and Peter listened carefully to my problem, asked follow up questions and promptly identified the issue and solved everything. He then spent time with me at pickup to test the issue in different ways to make sure I was satisfied that everything was working properly. The expedited service got me in and out, something other computer software repair options did not offer. The relief to have everything working properly was huge! Highly recommend!

Unsatisfied with diagnostic and work performed. I brought my laptop for a diagnostic. He said it needs a new motherboard and it costs more than the computer is worth. Which is kinda like taking your car to the mechanic and him saying, "Its the whole engine." When I asked for more details about what exactly failed, he was unable to say what caused it or where in the board the failure was. He ended up shouting over me, so I hung up on him. He then called me twice in a row and every day for a week to come to his store that closes at 5. So if you work, you're SOL. I took it to another tech who let me watch the disassembly. Here's what he found: CNA cracked the case of the laptop, stripped numerous screws, misaligned the wifi card so if I had powered it up it would fry my antenna and disconnected the power button. So the owner is either a complete hack...or a vindictive bully. Your choice. But in any case you can just chuck your computer down a flight of stairs and set $168 on fire to the same effect. If you read all his one star reviews he says, "sorry I don't work for free." But... he also doesn't work when you pay his outrageous fee either. Go literally anywhere else

Not really satisfied with my laptop evaluation. After charging $168 diagnostic fee, they couldn't identify what the issue is with my laptop. Only thing they could offer me is to sell their refurbished laptops. Also, they say they'd charge 3% more for credit card payment. Would have appreciated better, had they told me before signing the contract

My laptop died and I was facing disaster. Called CNA in Aston and brought it in. My laptop was fixed within a day. What a relief. Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done and the components. He cleaned the laptop up and I purchased an external hard drive. He backed up everything for me. Going to take the family tower in for a clean-up next. Would highly recommend CNA's services to anyone. Also, phone always answered and hours convenient.
