I have visited this store several times and have picked up most of my Apple products from this location. The pickup process has always been quick for me. However, during my recent visit, I decided to go without ordering online because I was uncertain about which type of iPad to buy. I wanted to see the options in person before making a decision. Unfortunately, I waited for almost 20 minutes without any assistance. I stood in the middle of the store for about 10 minutes, looking at the employees, hoping someone would notice and help me. Despite this, they kept ignoring me. One employee even took an iPad I was examining to show it to another customer. While I was checking out the Apple Watch, a security guard slowly approached and stood behind me, which made me very uncomfortable. After finally approaching an employee myself, I was made to wait an additional 15 minutes. While the employee who eventually assisted me was very helpful and provided excellent service, the overall experience at the store was disappointing and unwelcoming. It felt as though I was being racially profiled, which was a first for me. Because of this experience, I do not plan to visit this store again. I am giving two stars solely due to the helpful employee. Otherwise, I would have given zero stars. and of course there’s no one who supervise the reviews because they don’t care

I brought our macbook pro in for service. When the associate learned I didn't have an appointment (didn't know I needed one), he looked me dead in the eye and asked "what did you think was going to happen?" Well, not catch an attitude from someone half my age for one, but I replied that it was my expectation that I would drop the computer off for service and pick it up at a later date. By some magic, I was able to get an appointment in the next 10 minutes... The associate who took care of the computer brought it into the back of the store and came out a few minutes later. He stated that it was 'probably a cable,' and that due to the age of the machine 'parts were unavailable' and that Apple would not be able to help me. Perhaps he thought I'd just buy a new one... I have no experience repairing electronics. After 20 minutes on Google I had (tentatively) found the issue, ordered the cable (readily available from several vendors) as well as the special screwdrivers that only Apple seems to use. Total $24.61. Following the photo instructions online, the cable swap took all of 20 minutes, and the computer is fixed. Goodbye Apple, it was nice until I needed help.

I was looking for gifts for my grandchildren and was very impressed with how smoothly I was taken care of especially during holiday shopping times. I was assisted. By Carissa and she helped me find every thing I needed for my grandchildren's gifts. She was a sweetheart! Great experience here.

Three times I went to this store to fix an issue with my replacement phone. I paid full price for and was quoted $250.00 for the old phone by 3 different employees. Ended up that they didn’t honor the price and offered me 0? The service was awful, and I felt like they treated me like I was wasting their time! Seriously they called me a week before asking for more of my business! Had to share my experience and disappointment.

Very disappointed. I went to buy a phone and waited more than 30mins in front of the phone section they have. I reached out 2 employees in this 30mins and they kept saying to wait there and someone will help me out. There were other workers who just stood on other sections and not came to help. I end up leaving the store without buying the phone right after I saw 2 new customers came in and received assistant right away.
