Staples

I used Staples in Altoona to print customized party decorations for my daughter’s baby shower. Our local print store is now closed, so this was the first time using Staples for my printing needs. I was so impressed, both with the quality of printed materials and the knowledge and assistance of the staff! Ian and Sam were wonderful with recommendations on sizing, print material, and finishes. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the finished products and the kind and helpful customer service! A++++

We took our computer to Staples to have our computer serviced because it would very slow to boot up. The manager, Eric was very accommodating and took the time to diagnose the problem while we were there. I felt that we received one on one attention unlike what we would have received at another competitor store. Our computer hard drive was replaced and is running like new. Thank you Eric/Staples Great Job!!

Quick and efficient. We had an Amazon return and wanted passport photo's done. We were in and out in 20 minutes and we stopped to use the restrooms. Everyone we talked with was kind and courteous.

The exact item I bought in the store was $8 higher than the price on their website. Then I realized there was even a better deal on Amazon at $2 cheaper yet and with a better customer review rating. I took the item back to the store for a refund. It was only then that the cashier said she would price match the Staples website price (but not the Amazon price). I told her just to give me a refund because I would never buy anything from Staples again considering how they try to rip-off customers by up-marking in store prices

Staples had everything I needed and it was easy to find all the products on my list. I would give 5 stars except the cashier was a grump and made me feel like I was a bother instead of a customer!
