Highly recommend. Lou is amazing. The guy takes the time to really dig in and troubleshoot and get to the bottom of things. He goes over and above to provide the best customer service and is reasonably priced. Always the best experience. Most recently, he helped us out in a real jam during a super busy time for our business. We were ready to scrap our machine and start over and he persisted to find the root of the problems and we are off and running.

It’s been over a year now since I brought my PC in and i’m still extremely upset with my experience with Eleet. They charged me $300+ to “fix” my PC that was dropping frames and overall underperforming. Over a year later it still has the same issues. I have NO IDEA how they calculated $300+ when they didn’t even fix my PC but here we are. I genuinely feel like I got scammed because I’m down $300+ and my PC still runs horribly. Nothing has changed and it’s been OVER a year and it still bothers me. BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THESE GUYS. (also they had my PC for 2 weeks, meaning they prob don’t have a clue what’s wrong with it and just gave up).

Attempted to move os and data from my HDD to my new m.2 SSD. When he did this he found that the ssd was corrupt. So he returned me my computer but left it in csm mode.(I didn't know this meant it wouldn't boot to my HDD) When I attempted to boot up my device I got nothing but a black screen and attempted to restart my device. After a couple failed attempts I called eleet to see when he had to say. Not once did he mention to me that it was in this mode, he just asked if plugged my HDMI into my motherboard(I'm not an idiot). I then took it back to eleet for him to tell me it was booting fine into the bios and he gave it back to me after telling me it was in csm mode and he disabled it. When I took it home it attempted to run windows repair. After 3 hours on a grey screen nothing happened so I press enter, to get a relaunch of my Mobo logo then a blue crash screen. I then take it back explaining this to him and he tells me that I probably corrupt my windows by restarting it in csm mode so many times....like why did you return it like that in the first place? If you couldnt fix my machine please return it in the state I brought it to you in. Are they trying to get me to buy more stuff from them?? I will not return except to complain. 0 stars. Thanks for ruining my hobby until I can get a new drive and install a fresh version of windows.

I've tried building my second computer myself. Wouldn't boot. Had my friends help me afterwork.. still Wouldn't boot. Sent it to eLeet, and he diagnosed my computer found out my powersupply was DOA... He called me multiple times to update me on progress. They are good people. That do honest work. For a good price. Im very happy with the service. I'll be taking future projects here.

3 weeks work on water cooling system. It achieve everything I want for a watercooling system PC. ELeet help me build a better slution that even if you are not so good at computer, you can still change water for it.
