I was very impressed with the service here. I ordered some print items for same day pick up but had issues with my order (my fault). I called the store and the people I spoke to were so friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my order on time, especially Andrea. I would absolutely order prints from here again!

Went into Staples to purchase printer cartridges. The fellow in Customer Service immediately ask, may I help you? He told me where my product was and I immediately found it and purchased it along with a few other small items. The entire visit was only about 10 minutes. Very happy with Staples!!

Needed a printer asap as mine died suddenly (it was 14 years old) Staff very helpful, allowed me to bring my old one in for recycling and discount the next day instead of at point of sale. (did not think to bring old one with me). Also made sure I had the maximum discount on the printer I selected. Great Job.
