Contacted them to inquire about a laptop repair. The staff I spoke with (Anthony on the phone -and Donald via email) were knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I did not end up using their service due to my laptop needing to be replaced at the end of the day but I would have in a heartbeat if my laptop was in a position to be fixed.

We were referred to IntegraONE for warranty service by Lenovo on a Lenovo laptop computer (they were the authorized repair center closest to us). We had an urgent need for the repair and the repair could be completed fast without us having to ship the computer away to the main repair center. When we arrived with the computer we were told that the repair wasn't covered under warranty and that the repair would cost upwards of $2,000. this was done with visual inspection only, they didn't even turn on the device and diagnose the issues properly (the motherboard was bad). After arguing with the technician we were left walking away without the needed service. We had to get a box and ship the computer off to Lenovo for repair. Of course they repaired it without any additional costs to us. We wasted almost a month when we could have had service much faster at a convenient location. This company was unprofessional, and very rude. DO NOT use IntegraONE for your computer repair needs.

My son's chromebook was fixed in less time than estimated which was amazing being that it is his primary tool for virtual learning! Customer service was great! Highly satisfied!

This company has payment problems. Jim Chebin and Mike Kazakevich has not paid to their consultants and employees, and when they were asked they mentioned similar issues exist for other consultants and employees. It is highly recommended to stay away.
