First time doing business at this place , I wanted to replace my Samsung screen , I called and talked to Anthony, and he said it would take 24 hrs to be fixed, so I agreed . I went to the store, and Alex was the front desk person . He was very professional, I left the phone and got a receipt. The next day , Alex called me and told me the phone was done ,I was impressed, less than 24 hours, and it was done. The other important thing is the price, which is no surprises. Alex and Natasha did an excellent job. When I broke the screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra, I called them right away, and they were very clear and precise about the repair cost. They provided me with a receipt that I needed for insurance purposes. I went home, submitted the receipt, and boom, I got my money back the same day. I left the phone with them overnight, and everything was fixed by the next day. I highly recommend their services. If you have any other tech products that you want to sell, they also purchase them. Instead of listing them on eBay, consider selling them here. Supporting local businesses, especially in downtown Allentown, is crucial for our community. I couldn't be happier with their service.
