I dropped my computer off on a Monday. They called me Tuesday to talk about what they found. I told them to fix the machine. I had the computer back Thursday of the same week I dropped it off. Outstanding service and very easy to deal with. They answered every question that I asked and explained in simple terms to a person that is not very computer literate. I highly recommend this company if you have any computer problems. Thank you.

A few weeks back over the New Year weekend my laptop power jack finally gave up completely. I contacted A2B and the Geek Squad. A2B told me they'd have it done for me by the following week and gave me an estimate. Geek Squad promised to take the laptop from me, ship it to parts unknown, give me an estimate and charge me for the privilege. A2B not only got it done in just a couple of day over the holiday, but also charged me exactly what they told me they would. I was rightly pleased. Today I started to have a problem with the cord and took it back to them, not the same issue but close to it. They not only diagnosed it but fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me for it. "You're a good customer" I've only been there once. These guys are lifesavers, and a great resource. I can tell you this, after this experience I AM a good customer! I'll go no where else!
