The Service Department is by far the best computer repair business I've ever used. This is the second time they've helped me and Marcus has provided absolutely top notch service both times. Very knowledgeable and extremely reasonable with their time and pricing. Don't go anywhere else!

My son recommended this place, and I'm so glad he did. Marcus fixed our laptop issue in 30 minutes and his rates are very reasonable. We will definitely be back because there are a few things I'm certain of: life, death, taxes, and computer issues. lol

I brought my computer to Marcus, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to fix my computer in a couple of days and his price came in under his estimate. I'll be using the Service Department moving forward for all my tech needs.

I took my PC there to for assistance in troubleshooting. We talked it over and he helped me get a replacement motherboard. After that and checking out an error code, the issue was resolved. Very easy to work with and super knowledgeable. Answers emails quickly. If you have computer trouble highly highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about Marcus. On a Wednesday night my laptop display failed. I had a Thursday morning graduate class to teach on Zoom at 10:30 am and a presentation to make at a conference on Saturday morning. I arrived at the shop at 8:30 am. Marcus diagnosed the problem and urged me to get a new computer. He went online and helped me find the best one for my needs, customized the build and let me place the order. He then extracted the power point presentation from my old computer and put it on a flash drive. I asked for the cost and he said there was no charge. I raced home, opened an old, but still working laptop, and got to the class as it was starting. The jump drive enabled me to use power point on Saturday. All thanks to Marcus.
