This place damaged my phone more than it was originally… my original screen protector wasn’t bubbling up at all. Have had it for over a year with no issues. Went in because Samsung referred me with their Members app because I had purchased Samsung Care+. Both times it’s bubbled up and they ended up saying sorry we can’t fix it. Over 8 hours total and still ended up with the same result. Guy with long hair was going to charge me $20 the second time upon picking up my phone. The audacity man. There’s lint underneath the protector too. If this doesn’t get fixed I’ll be calling my attorney. Terrible customer service by everyone there. I’ve never felt so cheated and disrespected in my life before. Worst experience ever.

I came in to have a phone repaired under manufacturers warranty. I was told due to a small scratch on the outside of the phone that "sorry, this isn't covered, you'll have to pay $389 to repair the screen." I was offered a discounted price rather than submitting to warranty of $189. When I pressed the issue of taking the steps to get it covered, the gentleman helping me went to speak to his manager in the back. Her response, which was relayed by an employee, was "she doesn't even want to go through the trouble of submitting the claim." I merely asked to follow their process and have the manufacturer decline and they couldn't be bothered with that. What ever happened to customer service? They only seem to be concerned with having you pay out of pocket for a repair that could be covered. I th3n communicated with the manufacturer myself and was issued a shipping label for them to proceed with repairs. If you hate your money, come here for repairs.

Was very happy that they were able to fix my computer. They aren't a 5 because of the lack of communication between me, uBreakiFix team, and the secondary team they had to send my computer to for further help. Now, it's mostly the secondary team's fault, but it was still annoying to not get any updates for weeks only to call one day and find out it's fixed. I asked for a quote on the repair before they did anything, but due to lack of communication from the secondary team, i got nothing. Thankfully, the repair was in my budget so I was happy.

These people are the worst. Horrible customer service. Don't care about the customer at all. I had to go through my insurance to fix my phone; first I had to make sure they had my parts for my phone, they didn't so they had to order it and told me they would call me when the parts were there, they never did so I called them and they told me they had them. When I got there, they said they didn't have it because someone else already used it(keep in mind I was waiting a few days for my parts). THEY ORDERED them again and told me they called me when the parts were there, another 5 days passed by and again! NO CALL to let me know that my parts were there. I show up to get my screen fixed and also to put on a screen protector that I bought. When I picked up my phone after the fix, my screen protector had a lot of air bubbles. You can clearly tell they these employees or management do not care about the work at all. So, I wasted a screen protector by letting "professionals" place it for me. THEY ARE CLEARLY NOT PROFESSIONAL WHATSOEVER! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to use a different ufixibreak place because these people don't care about customer service at all!

I'm phone carrier made an appointment here to have my screen repaired since my phone is still under warranty. I went in on Saturday to drop off my phone. They said I would not be able to pick till Monday. I did not want to leave my phone. So the guy said I could bring it back on Monday. He did not say anything about charging me since it was under warranty. I just went back to drop off my phone for repair and was told there would be a charge for the repaired because it was not marketed for a warranty. They were just not paying attention. Their a joke. Don't take your device here. They will try to rip you off.
