Don’t go here for IPhone issues or repairs. Personnel here isn’t knowledgeable maybe go to the Bridgeport or downtown locations. I have had better services there. I have an issue with my IPhone 15 max. They couldn’t seem to locate the problem. The person that was in charge of diagnostics didn’t have a diagnostic tool to tell for sure. So in the end, all they did was a reboot on my phone. Which before going into the store I had already reset all the settings I had rebooted my phone. Since she didn’t have the tool to diagnostic, she couldn’t do anything for me. No repair appointment was done. Nothing was done so I’m left with the phone that doesn’t work as it should and I’m gonna try another locations. Hopefully, they can figure it out because here they could not total waste of time will not be coming here for future issues.

Had to replace a broken phone quickly while out of town. Decent stock at this location, but had to go in on a busy weekend. Associates here were proactive, kind and very efficient -- made a rough experience a lot easier.

My phone needed a repair and everyone was so nice. I am very pleased that they could tell me exactly when my phone would be finished and the service that I received from every single person. I highly recommend bringing your phone here for any repair repairs if you need them.😊

I recently attended a demo session for the Apple Vision Pro at your store, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The female employee conducting the session was untidy, with long, dirty nails, and I noticed she was spitting saliva while speaking. This made me feel completely uncomfortable and negatively impacted my overall experience with the demo. I’ve always associated Apple with high standards of professionalism and quality, so this was particularly disheartening. I hope you can address this to ensure future customers have a better experience.

I recently had one of the worst experiences in years while purchasing an Apple Watch Ultra 2. The salesperson seemed more focused on rushing the sale rather than providing any meaningful assistance or service, almost as if she were aiming to break a store record. I’m deeply disappointed to be treated this way by a company like Apple.
