Zero stars wasn’t an option. Waited four hours to be helped just to be told that there wasn’t time left in the day to perform the half hour fix our phone needed. They took our info and told us that when we came back all we would have to do is drop the phone off and they would fix it. That is not the case. Every time I have ever been to this store it is ridiculously overcrowded employees have zero drive to help get customers in and out in a timely manner and if the problem requires anything beyond restarting the device they probably can’t really help you. Apple needs to open more stores in the area to help manages the amount of people that come in.

Both the manager (Tom I believe was his name) and our tech were incredibly helpful troubleshooting some possible solutions for an iCloud issue I was having with my dad’s iPad and iPhone. They walked me thru the best options and the pros and cons for each. I really appreciated their help! We came in on a Monday evening and it was not busy.

Incredible customer service. The store was very busy, but someone attended to me right away. Em was the name name of the person who assisted me getting a new phone. They explained everything, worked diligently and quickly, and I was out the door in half half an hour with a brand new phone. Thank you!!

Walked in and was immediately helped by Brian (hi Brian!). Top notch service from start to finish. I liked that he explained things to me without trying to push for unnecessary upgrades/add-ons and without mansplaining as if I was a moron. He even had a way to look up my old macbook's info so I could compare what I have with what I wanted to get - which made me even more confident in my choice, which is important in an economy like ours. Plenty of parking, too.

Went in to buy 2 iPhone 16 Pro phones. The salesperson told me it would take hours to transfer the data from our old phones so we should do an online order and then ship the old phone in after we transfer the data at home. Had to wait 1.5 hrs to pickup the new phone and the sales person messed up and said we were only trading in one phone but not to worry - can call customer service and they will send a 2nd trade in in kit. Wrong - customer service said that had to be done at the time of purchase. And then it only took 30 minutes to transfer from our old phones. They want to get you in and out as fast as possible - terrible customer experience.
