Went in to get an iPad with a keyboard, which they didn’t have in stock. Malachi (hope I spelled that correctly) was a huge help for us, handled ordering it from their online store, getting it shipped, and price matching to the in-store price - saved us quite a bit! It took a while to get through the transaction, but he kept us clued in throughout and cracked a few jokes with us. When a line started forming behind us, he managed that as well, and directed other customers to a shorter line. Fantastic customer service and a keen sense of operations. All 5 stars go to Malachi.

Honestly no shade to the workers but the manger Brandi whatever her name is…. Is so such a terrible manger doesn’t help at all. I asked her for help to find a office chair for my granddaughter since she’s finally saved up money to buy her self a new desk for her homework and Brandi took one good look at me with an annoyed look and told her coworker to take over while she goes on lunch. After she came back she was eyeing me the whole entire time. She made my granddaughter felt uncomfortable after I left I called staples and a sweet young lady answered said she’s deeply sorry and would talk about it to someone on what happened.

Not a problem with the staff but with the few hours.thst corporate gives to run the store. Went in today at 1:30 on a Saturday. Only saw 2 employees in the entire store. Wandered around for 20 minutes looking for folding tables.and couldn't find them. I worked for staples.in college and knew they were slashing work hours back then and it has only gotten worse. Shelves are bare, there is a line of people to get help from the only two associates and no one was at the register. And given the time I went in it is likely that one person was at lunch which means a total of maybe 3 people were running this store. Do better corporate.

Excellent service in taking passport photos at Staples. Professional, friendly, and efficient. Our photos had to be retaken due to teeth showing through a smile that is not permitted by some countries, and the associate helping us volunteered to take another set of photos. Appreciate the proactivity.
