I received service from Nerds on Call in November 2021 to help me with diagnosing and fixing my slow PC. They replaced parts and were excellent in service that day. However, I realized today after reviewing a different transaction that they have been billing me on a monthly basis for $27.00 since November 2021! I was not informed of this subscription after my services with them, nor have I received any service from them since (I don't even have the same PC that they originally serviced on anymore). I've requested a refund and will change my review upon receiving a refund for charges that I was not made explicitly aware of.

What could be better than perfect? Capable, honest, nice, fast! I DO love my Nerds! Needed MORE HELP. This time magnificent KYLE from Portland! This wonderful guy would NOT QUIT until he solved my many problems with this old computer. I will HAVE to soon get a new one. Kyle is determined, very able and nice! We are so lucky to have him!!!

The service was good, no issue with the work done. However, when checking out I was told of a 30 day online service offer. What I was not told was that this would auto-renew for $25 a month after the 30 days. Their work is fine, just watch the paperwork and ask if there are continuing charges. The service person DID NOT make this clear, and I think that's just shoddy customer service. I called on the phone to remove this charge and they said they called me to remind me of the renewal. If they ever did call, they did not leave a message. Their phone help was nice and I think everything has been cleared up but I will be watching my account statements.

This team was amazing! From first contact to completion, they were attentive and professional. Charlie made sure all of our questions were answered and Craig was absolutely amazing in not only fixing our system but also just being a very personable tech! Thank you for such outstanding service!
