Brant put in a new battery in our ten year old MacBook Pro. Fair price, work done exactly on time and as quoted. Felt very comfortable with the process and would have him do this type of work again. Nice to have a neighborhood person do it, rather than send it to a huge corporation.

WORST service ever!! I dropped my laptop off last SEPTEMBER 2021 and it was NEVER even touched. No calls, no check ins, nothing. All I had was three keys missing and this business just wasted my time. If you need something repaired please look elsewhere. After calling around, other businesses told me my laptop could be done in 1 week….if I could give this place 0/5 I would. Did I mention that they never even apologized for not working on my laptop in the last 11 months? I don’t have many bad reviews and love supporting local businesses but this one…NEVER AGAIN!!

With much weeping and gnashing of teeth, our network died on us yesterday. We replaced the router, and that got us functional again, but things just weren't right. We decided to get outside help and put our faith in Radiant Tech Repair...and we are SO GLAD we did! They were very polite and courteous over the phone, happy to discuss the job and provide a quote. They scheduled their network guru, Adam, to come out and service us next-day. Adam was here exactly when he was scheduled, and set to work immediately. Our entire staff was impressed with the depth of Adam's knowledge and how quickly and thoroughly he worked! He didn't just fix our network - he improved it! He fixed everything we asked, found other problems we didn't even know about, and gave us great advice about software and backup protocols. He was very friendly with staff and really easy to communicate our needs to. On top of everything else, he even installed a robust, free antivirus for our computers that found many viruses, so now our computers should run faster as well. We are very excited to work with our new and improved network and will be calling Radiant FIRST the next time we have a problem!

I run a repair shop that is a direct competitor, but I felt like it was necessary to pop over and write a review reflecting the second-hand description I got of Radiant Tech Repair. I got a call earlier this week from a frequent customer of mine about how great the repair they had done at Radiant Tech Repair was. For whatever reason they weren't able to make it to my shop and I wasn't available to go on-site to do the repair. They literally called me just to tell me about it for ten minutes. It was something simple, but sometimes doing the simple things right is the most important part of running a repair business. Good on you and thanks for taking care of my customer when I wasn't available :D

I’m going to say for the record the guy was really nice and was honestly just trying to help as best though I wish the review could be based on his customer service. I brought in my pc to instal a new mother board and was like great I was told it be one week. A week passed and I heard nothing I called he said he was running logistics on it should be ready at the end of the day still nothing. Roughly after the second week I came in and asked how much longer and he told me it be ready by the end of the day okay great. I came in and he taken the parts out of my pc and placed them in another pc. It was fustrating because I don’t think diagnostics were happening or anything. He finished installing the new parts and he didn’t charge and told me what I needed for it to work. Now my pc isn’t turning on. It’s unfortunate and now I have to take it elsewhere.
