I paid $325.00 for my screen replacement on my daughter's phone. After following the instructions and removing the rubber after the waiting period as instructed, immediately the back glass separated from the phone and looked like the adhesive is being reused vs replaced. I returned the next day and the tech worked on the phone for 15 minutes, and put the phone in a poly shipping bag and suggested we wait several more hours to let the adhesive set. We followed the instructions given a second time and found when we returned to the phone that the poly bag had lost air, and the back adhesive was yet again not holding. When I brought the device, I was told that the repair would be trade in grade and the only negative would be not having a water seal. This is not meeting that description and worse still has me making a third trip to attempt to see this resolved. The customer service at face value has been excellent. The final product however has not met the transaction even halfway. I will update this review once this phone repair is done successfully. The photos are the initial screen damage, the back glass separation, and the continued back glass separation after the return trip.

Jessica and James are team awesome. I don’t allow anyone else to touch my phone while needing repair or screen protection. The protector cracked and they gave me a $15 discount when replacing it. Who does this? Cellairis that’s who.

Jessica at Cellairis was amazing! So friendly and efficient! The price was so worth it to get a phone screen fixed! Hopefully we don’t have another broken screen accident, but if we do we will be back!

James was extremely helpful and precise in getting my screen protector replaced. He gave me great advice on how to take better care of my phone as well. Definitely will be coming back here every time and looking to get the service done by James!

My son had a cosmetic scratch on the lens of his new iPhone and brought it in to get the lens replaced. Note that the camera was working great and other than the cosmetic issue and it was fully functional. The prices at Cellairis were great but sadly, you get what you pay for. They rushed and botched the first repair attempt and left fuzz on the inside. On the second attempt, they got rid of the fuzz, but what remained was a scratch on the sensor itself (inside the lens casing) which clearly seems to be from the first botched and rushed repair and this time, it was preventing it from focusing accurately. On a third trip, a tech showed us the scratch on the inside on a microscope and asked us to come back when the manager was present to help take care of it. On the fourth trip, the manager pretty much disavowed anything to do with the damage and blamed it on us. So we went from a working phone camera with cosmetic damage on the outside to a non-working phone camera with focus issues all for $50 and untold hours over 4 different visits. Now our only recourse is to get the entire camera assembly replaced at Apple for $200 - Which is probably what we should have done in the first place. So, if you value your phone and your time, do not visit this store. Spend a little more, and Apple will do a better job fixing it and actually stand behind their product.
