UPDATE: Took my laptop to a different place, said the screen connected was fried and said it was from the last repair man that attended to it. So I have to get a new battery, a new screen and replacement main board. That along with the mouse no longer working still. Damages are $450 to pay for any replacement parts. Don't go here please. I trusted Bolt Computers to replace a bloated battery in my laptop. Unfortunately, the service I received resulted in a series of issues that were not present before the repair. Upon receiving my laptop back, I was informed that they were unable to get the new battery to function, and thus kept the new battery. Regrettably, the situation took a turn for the worse. The laptop screen is now persistently black and unresponsive, rendering the device inoperable. Additionally, the mousepad ceased to function, compounding the problems. These issues emerged directly after the repair service and were not part of the laptop's initial problems. The outcome of the service left me with a laptop in a worse state than it was initially. The inability to fix the battery issue, coupled with the added complications of a non-functional screen and mousepad, is highly disappointing. Do not bring your device here unless you want it back in pieces. I had to buy a new device to replace the one this shop broke.

My experience with Peter and Bailey was great. Not only do they know what they’re doing, but they also provided excellent customer service. I honestly feel like I was undercharged (I paid $140, but it went down to $120 with my PSU student discount)! I went in needing help with a BIOS update (something related to my DRAM light popping up on my mobo), which they took care of very quickly. They also checked to make sure that everything else was looking good (since this was my first build) AND did some cable management for me! On top of all that, when I first called before even setting an appointment, Peter spent the time to answer all of my questions and even offered me some advice before coming in. A few weeks later, I called again to ask Bailey some questions regarding my boyfriend’s PC we were updating, and she was able to also provide us good advice without us having to go in and pay for additional services. That being said, I truly believe that they put the customer first and think about money second. Peter and Bailey: Thank you both for everything!

Pete is amazing. He cares about what he does. He spent an hour diagnosing my laptop and showing me what faults were where. When we looked at prices for a motherboard, he searched to find me a better laptop, at less cost. Not bought from him, or through him, just being a professional and trying to give me the best options possible. He and Bailey are the BEST. Support your local small business. I simply cant tell you how professional they were. Absolutely amazing service.

Came in today because my ACER laptop had shut off abruptly and I was freaking out since I depend on it for school. Peter was kind enough to fit me into his schedule on the same day and fixed the issues my laptop faced at an affordable price. He is very knowledgeable and a great communicator.
