After purchasing all of my parts and putting together my gaming computer, I couldn't quite get it to boot up in Windows. I was able to call Tom who has been such a great help, and he came out the same day and got my computer up and running. When things were running right he came back and figured out what was going on. Tom is an excellent man who is knowledgeable about this industry, I highly recommend getting PC diagnostics through him or a complete build.

Now that the holidays are over i can get to writing this review. Tom is great at what he does and was a big help. My motherboard died in my laptop and with his help he built me a new pc. I had chosen most of my parts but he knew due to future upgrades and compatibility with parts to swap some of what i wanted for better upgrades. Some of which came at a Cheaper price too! His turnaround times and rates are very fair i might add too! Thanks for the great work Tom! I'll definitely be using your services in the future and recommending you to anyone i know with computer needs!

We called Tom to fix one of our computers. Not only did he fix our issues but his pricing is the most fair around, and so is his way of doing business. Professional, fair, and kind. We will be calling him for all our computer needs in the future!

A huge thanks to Tom and his friend Josh for replacing the battery on my Surface Pro 9. I know that a lot of places don't want to touch these machines with a ten foot pole, due to the lack of thought Microsoft put into the repairability of them (specifically that you have to take the screen off to replace the battery! And that the screen is attached with adhesive. Madness!). I really appreciate you guys! I've had my machine back now for a couple of weeks and it's working as if it's new out of the box. Probably better than that, really! Tom was wonderful about working with my school schedule and is also a super lovely guy. I couldn't be happier :).

My experience was... *sigh* yeah. I called him originally to checkout one of my laptops. Long story short on that one, he took the original drive to a friend to see if they could recover any files. I waited a good while and when I got the external hard drive back there was nothing on it. So, he took it back to the friend and I waited. I got it back and there were things on it. Just not what I wanted. But I passed it off as just bad luck because it was never promised to me that I would get what I wanted. Fair enough. This all took months to workout btw. But it is what it is. The second time around I gave him my laptop to see if anything could be saved after water had compromised it. He called me to let me know that the motherboard was "toast" and wanted to know if I wanted it back. I said, "yes." He said that I could put the hard drive into another computer and transfer the data that way. So I was just waiting to get the laptop back. So, I waited. And waited. And waited. I contacted him again and he said that the laptop was still in pieces at his friends. I wasn't aware he had taken it to his friends. But, ok. So I waited and waited and waited. I got it back and my roommate opened it up. The hard drive was gone. The ram module was gone. I got a hold of him and asked him about them and he said they were never there. Ummmm... huh? Yes, they were. I had been going back and forth with him for a bit now and he said he would look around for them. About two weeks ago he said he was sick. Now he isn't responding at all. At the very least I just want the drive back. There is music I have been working on on there. Files I have been working hard on on there. Things that cannot be replaced. I just want them back. No questions asked. I gave two stars because he got my laptop up and running again the first time around. And I am grateful for that.
