Took my laptop in to get to get fixed due to it not holding a charge/ not staying on unless plugged in and the charger port being loose. I was told there was nothing wrong with my laptop and that it worked fine with their chargers and my charger i brought in. they said they’d fully charge it then i can pick it up. i picked it up the next morning and it was completely dead, still will not hold a charge and will not charge. We called to tell them it isn’t working still (obviously a little irritated after paying $50 for them to do absolutely nothing and my laptop still not working). The guy on the phone was extremely rude and condescending. After the guy on the phone told us he didn’t even want to help us because we’re upset, we were told we have to wait until monday to see if they will do anything to help us now.

My laptop had a black screen. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the parts, and fix it. They did a great job and the price was fair for the work done.

Never go to an apple place to buy apple products. It's like taking your car to the dealership for repairs, EVERYONE knows that's the worse thing to do. Going here is like going to a used car lot, they are just trying to sell you ridiculous upsells. If you buy a new iPhone or iPad, they will offer to transfer the data to the new device...for $69!!! What the frick? The new device basically does that FOR you when you first turn it on, it just automatically transfers everything, you just have to click NEXT like 10 times and BAM it's done, and they want $69 for that!?!? Every other phone store in town will transfer data from your old device to your new device FOR FREE. Not this place. The Service people are like robots. Sometimes you'll start with one and they'll just wander off and tag-out with another who has to ask you all the same questions again about the problem you're trying to solve. so bizarre. Also, if you have a minor issue, they'll tell you that you just need to replace the entire device. Seriously? I called another repair place and they were willing to actually FIX the problem, but my friend had already bought the new iPad (her screen was cracked and was old, so a new one was okay in this scenario). Anyhow, go someplace else first if you need repairs done. Also, you can buy the same devices online for about 10% less anyhow.

Lost my job 5-6 months ago so money is very tight. Forgot my new pass code on my iPhone so went to connecting point for help. Standard price for reset is $69. Jonathan went out of his way to help me with this and another problem I had, more importantly, after hearing I was unemployed, he told me how I could reset the phone myself. Most businesses would not have informed a guest of a way to do so that would not benefit them. I will now go to connecting point for all my computer needs thanks to the service I received from Jonathan!!!

Called to make sure they had the ipad case I was looking for before I drove all the way there. Their practice is to say, "yes", and then tell you that you have to order it after you're there. Of course , we can all do that with Amazon. I ended up at Staples, they had many iPad cases to choose from. They were also extremely helpful and friendly. Connection Point also wanted to charge $100 to help me with accessing a new iPad that was gifted to me. I'm an android person. I expected to pay something but $100? I went home and figured it out in about 15 minutes. Thank you YouTube! Customer service is not a priority in this place, possibly a symptom of thinking the are one of the only options in town. I'll never go back.
