Came in to this store for Amazon package return, and the lady working was awesome. Then, I was on my way to check out printers or printer accessories, but the guy working at the cashier register was a bit rude that he just said if I had a list to shop, if not he said go out the door and he point the exit door. So, I exited without going to buy what I wanted to buy. He was the only guy standing by the cash register. I definitely will not come back to this store for this first experience I had today.

THIS LOCATION is choosing to no longer recycle Amazon packaging, making cutomers walk out with these big boxes and throw them in the TRASH outside which is far too small. Not even the respect to post a sign at the front door stating they wont. Instead a snarky "well it is a tripping hazard" verbal response. The ONLY reason they are not getting a 1 star is because it is the ONLY Staples in this area. My current Apt. ilegally refuses to provide recycling, so this is just bad situation. Shame on Amazon and Staples for being so wastful and ill-managed communication. Consumer and Manufacturer responsabily should requied for all.

Shopped at Staples Keizer yesterday. The store was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, the bathroom was even worse, and I couldn’t find the product I came there for (and there was not one person available to help me). I actually asked the checkout person if the store was closing because the store looked so neglected.

I bought some business cards, the first set of 250 came out lopsided, uncentered and with white borders that I did not want. They immediately fixed my issues and described the issue and what went wrong with their machine. Super friendly and they threw in an extra set of cards for the inconvenience. As a small business I 100% appreciate the fix and the bonus cards! They came out super nice!
