They are nice and all. Fixed the issue I had. But service is slower than DMV. Even with a scheduled meeting, expect to wait 20 or more minutes. Maybe they need to hire more people? Won’t go back.

Rerouting customer phone calls to India after 10 minutes of automated voice BS, just to find out repairs are overpriced and serviced by undereducated teenagers?? Never shopping here again, go to hell.

Never Emailed me what they were supposed to. The whole Best Buy automated phone system is frustrating to say the least. I try calling to talk to a geek squad team member and I get thrown around for an hour and a half before finally getting hung up on. Trash company.

I’ve been utilizing Best Buy‘s technical support as long as I can remember. Since before the name “Geek Squad” was even coined. Sure, there have been a few less than ideal specific situations, but two decades, and literally a dozen or more computers, laptops, & appliances later, I have purchased darn near anything that requires a power source from Best Buy specifically because of the customer service I received, over the years. My recent experience with this specific Geek Squad team, after a debacle involving a faulty part on a new laptop, and transferring data from a damaged-but-covered previous one, is just the most recent example for why I will continue to do so.
