Went in to get an image scanned and hopefully sent to my email. I've done it before, at the same store in the past but this time, the crackhead at the counter insisted that I needed to start an order, and it would take 4 days. Stopped getting my stuff printed there because of the same thing "need to submit an order and wait multiple days". Seems like their employees aren't capable of doing their jobs, which is why they keep sending people away. I've submitted orders in the past (3 total), and each time they aren't completed on the time I was given. 2 specific times when I came in and informed the service members that my items were supposed to be done, they did not have it ready at all. Watched them struggle to find it then was told "we have to reprint it can you come back". Used to have 4 employees behind the counter, now there's only 1 or 2. Heard management was bad, so the helpful people quit, and now they're having a hard time finding new people. The store did great before mid 2024.

Manager approached me after his shift, not only helped with my printer selection, got me a large amount off through coupons, etc, pushed my cart around for me, and took my purchases to my car. All while instructing employees in the nicest possible way. Amazing customer service!

Walked up to the store and one of their female employees was smoking cigarettes right bye the entrance. Super unprofessional and trashy! Other than that the customer service I received in the Amazon return area was amazing.

Today I went to Staples, for a 2second Amazon, scan the QR code return at 10 am. There were two male employees, each ringing customers up. The younger one took the next customer in line to check out. I waited. 4 more customers came up to pay for items, then numbers 5 and 6 came. The cashier said “ I can help the next person in line”. I said that was me. He said “ he had to take paying customers first”. Basically I was never going to be helped if it wasn’t for lovely customer #3, who told him, to take me. Basically I am a paying customer, am I not. I paid Amazon, A company that Staples contracted with, to do a job, they said they could do. I am 99% sure they are getting a fee from Amazon. They are not providing crappy service for free. Please take care of all your customers in the same way.

I have always been a loyal Staples customer but lately the service has gone down. I sent in posters for my dad’s celebration of life and the communication from the team has been terrible. You call and it takes forever for them to pick up so you go to the store and the order isn’t complete. I understand things happen but all I wanted was a phone call to keep me updated.
