Hyak has hosted our business server and workstations for years, helping us with practically endless tech issues and onboarding -employee issues, supporting our legacy software that's too old to move to a cloud...Now, as we get ready to port our system to new software that will be cloud-based, they are being super helpful with all the details involved in changing a businesses core software with no down time; I know I'll miss Dane and the rest of the team and their quick responses to our inquiries and help requests, skillful solutions, and super value for the service they provide. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very happy we made the switch! Internet speeds are better than we've ever had. We purchased a new business phone system at the same time and received fast, personal attention to help us get used to the new phones, headsets, voicemail and e-faxing. There was one day, we were down for about an hour ... that's all it took for Hyak to diagnose and fix the problem. Very happy to have a local business to call and connect with!

I've never had a better customer service experience than I have with Hyak. Everyone there is amazing. A few hours after my installation was complete the service went out. It was 9pm and I had to work (from home) at 8 the next morning. I entered a service ticket and called their emergency number at 9:30. They contacted me immediately and sent a tech (Nick) out within half an hour or so. As he had come from home, he didn't have all the necessary equipment to fix the issue (a faulty cable) with him. He offered to go to the shop and return that night to fix it or to be back at 7 the next morning. I opted for the latter. He was at my door at 7 and had everything fixed by 7:30. All the while being friendly and apologetic for the problem, which was not his fault at all. The fantastic customer service alone is well worth switching from my previous provider. The super high speed internet service is fabulous too. Very happy to be a Hyak customer.
