Overall a great experience. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my laptop screen with no problem and had my laptop back in less than a week. They were very knowledgeable and were extremely accommodating to my needs. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for any repairs I may need.

A true "con artist" here!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM & DO NOT GET YOUR ELECTRONICS WORKED ON HERE!!! I have not ever posted a negative comment on Google in my life. After my experience here, I literally HAVE to! Here is our story (& keep in mind we have pic & video proof of everything stated here): For the past month, my partner and I have been doing our best to save for a laptop. We are taking care of a very sick family member right now who is battling cancer so our finances are VERY thin. The " Con Artist" at this business made a FB marketplace post for a MacBook Air. The post "claimed" the laptop was in excellent shape with zero issues. I reached out to the seller and arranged a time to come look at the laptop. This was less than a week ago keep in mind. 6 days from today. I went in and the person came out with the laptop, turned it on (to show me it turns on) and then showed me it was signed out of iCloud and then closed the laptop. I specifically asked about the laptops battery life and was told that it was "very good". Seeing it appear to be functional and pressed for time (both my faults here), I paid for the laptop and left. Later that night, I turned it on and began to put my things on it. The battery died SUPER FAST. I went back the next day and told the person. They looked over the laptop and then proceeded to tell me it needs a better and newer battery and he could put one in for me (@ over $100). I declined and then left decided I'll just keep the laptop plugged in for now. So, today, I turn it on and when I go to use the mousepad, it doesn't work at all. In fact, the arrow moved all over by itself. I shut the motion off and cleaned the mousepad and turned it back on. Same issue. I went to the shop on my lunch break (about 15 mins ago) and began telling the person about the issue and asked for my $ back. Like a TRUE "Con Artist", he began to over talk me, said he'd put a new battery in and so forth. I declined and said that in less than a week, I've had two issues already with the laptop. I again asked to have my $ returned and he declined so now, we are out of the $ we were TOLD as used for a properly working laptop. This guy is a " Con Artist" so PLEASE stay away. If you still go then, you will see for yourself.

I brought my computer to this guy to be fixed and he charged me $275 told me the problem was fixed. It was a screen issue. He replaced my screen that was in good shape with a screen that had scratches all over the top of it. He claimed the problem was fixed, only gave me like a $15 discount for the scratched replacement. I then came home to find out the problem was not fixed, i was down $250 and my computer was in worse shape. He told me he tested the computer to make sure everything ran as it should. This guy is a a scammer and a liar and i would not recommend going to him. Hes also extremely rude and not accommodating. When i texted him to tell him it was not fixed he was like oh that sucks come back ill put your old screen back on. Didnt offer a refund or anything! And i waited over a week for him to not even fix the problem. Horrible service. 0/10

This is their attempt at applying a screen protector. Wow. Unacceptable. Also, they said they fixed my computer... That "there was a virus" and their software removed it and everything is fine. That's what they said. When I got my tower back, it did the same thing it was doing when I brought it in. I managed to research what the actual problem was, and fix it myself by wiping my copy of windows and reinstalling it. A few other tweaks and now it finally is working again. Someone from the shop addressed my complaint of "did you guys even do anything to this computer, it's still broken" with a very polite offer to bring it back and he would fix it, himself. ? However, I had already identified the problem and fixed it myself. So. Anyway- buyer beware. Not impressed. I really should get my $115 back!!
