Josh and company are awesome. Initially recommended to me by a family member we tried Adept and found them to be completely competent and at a great price compared to others we'd tried before. They have helped us at our office as well as our home computers. Who knew somebody still makes "house calls". Highly recommend them!

Josh at Adept Computers was great. He was extremely helpful and fixed my computer in a day. He was open about everything he was doing and didn't overcharge me. I would have paid more than what he asked for the great work he did. I definitely recommend this place and I'll be coming back if anything happens to my computer. Appreciate it Josh.

Josh did a great job of replacing my hard drive in an older laptop. The level of service, speed and overall job was terrific. I would recommend Adept Computer Services for anything IT you may need. Thanks again Josh!

Adept Computer Services was very helpful , friendly and reasonable about their prices (a fact any UO student can appreciate). They were able to repair my computer quickly (same-day) and get it back to me so I could get back to working on my graduate school work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their computer repaired as they do good work and get jobs turned around quickly. Thank you!

I was told that my computer would have a ram update. Much later when I opened the computer I found that the ram had not been updated. I was told that my computer had a solid state drive installed. They installed a hard disk drive that was slower than my original and was 750 gigs long. I asked to have my hinge oiled and the fan cleaned. When I picked up the computer the hinge was still stiff and creaking and was told it would be fine for another six or eight months till I brought the computer in again. The computer broke at the hinge and destroyed the motherboard. When I disassembled the computer to try and fix the hinge I found that they had not cleaned the fan and ducting. I paid top dollar for this shafting and not only got no work bad work wrong parts and terrible advice but they cost me $1,000 computer. I can't say enough bad they looked me in the eye they lied through their teeth as far as I can tell.
