Mac Tek is awesome!! They helped me with a bunch of concerns I had with my computer, answered all of my questions and transferred everything to my new computer. They made buying a new computer stress free and SO easy!! I highly recommend and will most certainly go back to them with any Mac/iphone related needs. They’re great!!

Had a tremendously positive experience at Mac Tek. With my I pad malfunctioning for this old duffer. Sara took the time to resetting with efficient patients to get it running properly . She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. And as I observed the other clerk working with other customers, they all seemed very satisfied. I'd recommend Mac Tek for all your electronic needs.

These guys charged me over $250 to diagnose my computer. They diagnosed it wrong at first, kept it for an extra week before they discovered they diagnosed it wrong, then and then quoted me over $1000 to solve the real problem. (Which another repair shop in town said they could do for $450. Still charged me $250 to get back my computer that they did nothing with. All with the attitude you’d expect from a coffee shop barista that hates their clients.

Sarah is awesome. Don’t waste your time at the geek squad at Best Buy. My display wasn’t working and they just scared me saying I may have data loss and they have no idea what’s wrong. I went to Mactek for a second opinion. Sarah was awesome — very calm, friendly, and was able to plug my MacBook Pro into the monitor (Best Buy was unsuccessful at this…). No data loss, just the display was broken. She was very level with me and said at this point it’s not worth the cost of fixing it because more things may fail on this age of a laptop. I ordered a new laptop and Sarah transferred all my data from the old to the new! Relatively fast, painless, and very friendly. Seriously, don’t go to Best Buy. They do not have the knowledge. Mactek is great.
