My experience with diagnostics and repairs at Dr Networking Computer Service has been fabulous! They not only saved my computer hard drive, they spent a lot of time with me answering questions about hard drives, storage, backup, cloud and the merits of PC versus Macintosh. I think the two men I interacted with were named Sean and Miles. I would recommend them to anybody! This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been wonderful. Wowsa! Miles & his team did everything they could to get my 9-year-old MacBook & my husband's 2018 laptops going after they started crashing. they were so reasonable and kind and open about everything It's always a pleasure doing business with them. They're right here in Ashland and have been wonderful when my keyboard started going I was able to get a very inexpensive Extra keyboard from them. When I drop the Laptop and the screen broke they replaced it as soon as they could. I've been going to the Dr. for many years. Highly recommended. I think they were ranked very high in the "best of Ashland" and that's when I first tried them out. Thanks!

I went in with my partner to get a broken screen on a laptop fixed. Miles originally said it would take 5 business days. We waited 7 business days before reaching out to see if the computer was done. He said it wasn't and the screen hadn't arrived. Of course thats okay, so we gave him another week before reaching out. I called two days in a row and when i was finally able to reach him, he said the screen had been sent to a different address then gave me a separate excuse the second time. Most times I called his assistant Shawn answered and informed me he was out of office. Whenever I called at the times he said he would be back, he was still out. He charged us $300 and when we got the laptop back the camera was no longer working. He said he could put the old shattered screen back on and give us a refund, or he could charge for another replacement. I watched him google "MacBook system error camera not connected" in front of me then shut the computer on and off a bunch and claim "he couldn't work with us watching him." If this is the work he charges $200 labor fees for, then you are better off doing that yourself at home. They clearly do not actually know what they are doing and are not well managed. He never had anything written on a calendar and always forgot who we were. I work a job where I see over 100 new faces in a week, not including all of the people i interact with on the phone. I may be horrible with names and faces, but I can recognize when Ive talked to someone before and not act like theyre talking nonsense. This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional place I have been in. I could go on and on... EDIT: reading the other reviews, it is clear that people who have actually had business here have had horrible experiences. The good reviews all seem forced and like a friend or colleague wrote it. Or it was more than 1 year. ago. If they were ever good they must have gone downhill fast.

A friend experienced an over-long delay for a part that was mis-ordered, and their website Contact & FAQ pages seem to not work for weeks. Can we trust a computer outfit that doesn't even have a functional website? At some point they must have earned a reputation, but what happened?
