I’ve come multiple times over the past few months with my own labels to get printed for my business and have only had good experiences until today. Employee stated the GM doesn’t accept personal paper being brought in anymore (said it was implemented months ago) and that’s it’s just at this location but I would still be able to print at another location. I understand policies change but employee made it clear it was a personal choice of the GM and not a company policy change. I have not had an issue bringing in my own labels, I was even reassured it was allowed when I first started to print here, up to this point.

Funny enough, I used to be a big depot fan if you know what I mean. However, After one visit with Taylor, I have yet to go back to depot. I Have visited this store about four times since then and every time it’s just nothing but a pleasant and enjoyable experience. (Which is not expected or anticipated when going to the store) Top Notch!

The girl working the amazon/ happy returns area at 330 on Thursday was so rude. She had two speeds- Slow and slower. Was not personable whatsoever. She let out a big sigh at one point like she was being inconvenienced. The line was so backed up and she had no help so I did feel for her there.

Employees are rude as hell. Particularly the copy and print center. No items are supplied in the self service copy and print area. I had to ask for a pin it exploded in my hand when I asked for it. She was rude as hell handed it to me. No, you’re welcome no smiles. No nothing. Avoid the store at all cost.

Spoke on the phone and said I had two things to laminate that were 5x5. They said they could do it so ran up there. The print lady said she couldn't have it done till tomorrow. I brought up what was said on the phone and she got annoyed saying she could do it today. I get it you are slammed but you are also in customer service, if I am spending money a store shouldn't make you feel like they are being put out. Maybe Staples needs to pay a higher wage and get a more competent worker.
