I run all 3 of my businesses online. I've used Hudson internet since they took over the ownership of the service in Leedey. I've been very happy with the service, and when I do have issues, it's easy to reach someone and get my issue resolved.

Responded quickly to our request for service. Installation was handled by one technician who spent at least two hours working on our roof to assure good alignment with the company’s service tower. This on one of the hottest afternoons in July/August 2022! Promptly returned to move the receiving antenna so roofing company could repair our roof during recent renovations. Today, now the roofing project is complete, they responded to our request on Messenger last evening and sent a technician to reconnect!!

Been a customer for 4 years. When we first got them they helped when needed and never had major problems but after that first year it got worse. Internet speed test always show half of what your paying. You can call to ask for help and you'll get 2 answers 1. Their voicemail 2. after you asked all your questions they'll just say everything looks good on our end and they cant do anything, which seems to be a theme with the other comments. High ping across a wide variety of games (100-800ping). I am also the only one on the internet 80% of the times and for some reason after 6 when they close the internet gets worse.

The internet is always going down. When you call for help they are quick to have an attitude with you. Every month or 2 my internet is down for 2 weeks always having problems with the “tower” or “you have service on my end”. Mine’s the important one here. I pay for high speed internet and get medium to low speed.
