Wholesale Computer Supply on Garnett

The owner, Randy, was very very kind to my boyfriend and I when we brought his desktop in with a minor issue. We just weren’t sure what the exact problem was, Randy was able to open it up, take a look and fix it right up. Came home and plugged it back up to it back to its original functioning!! Thank you so much Randy, kudos to you for the very kind, quick, and free of charge service!

I bought a whole gaming setup from here nearly a month ago now. I went in still window shopping and pricing things and the employees walk through everything with me on different price points and options going as far as to offering to build me a pc and pricing everything in it with me. I ended up picking up one they had on the floor and the upgraded the parts inside it to what I wanted and even did what they could to help me on the price. Overall I had a wonderful experience here and the staff was great and the product has been working wonderfully without issue.

They could not fix my computer’s hardware problem. In fact the computers condition declined after the first visit to unusable. They informed me it was in Okay condition on the first visit. This is was not true. I take the laptop back and they restored it to a usable condition, using the same method as before but after multiple unsuccessful attempts. This tells me they are not knowledgeable. They didn’t accept responsibility saying it’s evident that this is a risk. They neglected to inform me of any risk, the words the day before contradicted this. I wish they communicated better. Edit: I had no intention of tricking or scamming anyone as the owner has suggested in the reply. I was and still am willing to pay any service fee necessary. I received no bill during either visit and did not demand any free service.

Friendly employees Store never has actual parts that you need to build a computer. Just able to order the parts that you can order from home. They recommended I go to bestbuy.

During june of this year i took my pc into this store to get a hdd removed and a sata ssd installed and make a nvme ssd the boot drive, while i was at it i told him to wipe the pc and put a fresh copy of windows 11 on it, and when i got it back he it seemed fine to me until, today i took my old hdd and booted it up on a different pc i realized the he had just clone the drive or migrated it to the new nvme, so i never got my new copy of windows 11 that i paid 90$ for. EDIT the saff was very polite about the situation and order me a copy of the OS, Thanks for being very responsive. I would recommend and use there services in the future
