The other location on 41st was not very helpful, as i had to get the front and back glass replaced, so I took a chance and called this location. They went above and beyond to fix my phone so I didn't have to get it replaced. It looks BRAND NEW! Allison was super friendly and got it done really quickly. I am so pleased and grateful. My phones charging port has something in it and the cable wouldn't fit properly. I tried compressed air and a needle myself to not avail so I took it here. I was helped by Loren who promptly brought my phone to the back for cleaning. I had the phone back in 5 minutes with the port completely cleared. Service was efficient and well done. This isn't my first time using UbreakIfix and every experience has been positive.
