Taylor was willing to come to my home to work on my computer. Even when I was not able to describe my computer issues in technical terms he was able to deduce what was needed to resolve my concerns he worked on setting up my Microsoft account (s) and sign in problems. He gave me helpful information on how to upgrade my older PC and keep my files safe. I was very happy with the results of his visit. The work was reasonably priced with no surprises.

I was visiting Broken Arrow from NC over the Thanksgiving holiday week. I teach online for the USAF Air University. My laptop developed some issues. I called Taylor based only on online reviews. It was a great choice. Bottom line: I ended up buying a new laptop and Taylor cloned my old hard drive to the new computer, enabling me not to miss a beat with my students - and in time to enjoy Thanksgiving without worrying about computer access. He was a professional all the way!

My son's computer stopped working on a Sunday afternoon and I called everyone that I could. Taylor answered my call and told me that I could bring it right over. He took the time to explain what was wrong with it and fixed it very quickly for us. Taylor did a amazing job with fixing it for us. Thank you Taylor for taking the time to talk to my son, he thinks you are Computer Jesus lol.

My Dell laptop was having a intermittent problem that I was unable figure out. I suspected a loose or broken cable that connected to the monitor. Taylor ran a full diagnostic, cleaned the insides, and updated drivers. He thought he had it fixed. Then, right as he was about to give it back to me, it glitched. He took it back a further researched the problem. Found a post online that I couldn't find that exactly described the symptoms and the solution. After a screen replacement it's been working great. I highly recommend Taylor. His honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and fair in his pricing.
