Staples

The helpful crew at my local Staples store really came through. They were the only place nearby that was happy to take care of my outgoing UPS shipment after 6 pm. Next time I will know better and will head straight to Staples and get it done with no problems.

I would definitely take my business somewhere. I lelisten to the cashier tell a veteran they only offer veterans discounts on Veterans Day. Then the cashier made me wait because I was making a return and took care of other customers that showed up after me. I will never spend money at another staples in my life.

Just leaving out of Staples (on 71st). Two bald guys with glasses just stared at me while I waited at the container to be helped. When one finally said something with an attitude to me the other guy continued to stare at me. I dislike going to this location, every time someone Caucasian waits on me, they are nasty, rude, have an attitude or act nervous or afraid as though I’m robbing them. They seem pleasant and nice with people who look like them. Customer Service should be great to everyone no matter what their race is. Maybe management can require everyone to take a few classes on diversity. I hope things change!

Prime location, next to Lowe. Got my TSA Precheck here! Very simple procedures. Wish global entry would be this simple!

Very disappointed in this location. I brought some flyers in for them to cut. And they told me that the person who works in that printer department was at lunch and I had to wait. They could not even take my order and let me come back and pick them up. They said I could wait until he finished his lunch! C'mon, Staples. That's terrible! So I went to FEDEX Office. They were cheaper anyway.
