Went to same day to have my PC diagnosed as I was pretty sure the power supply was dead. Once I arrived, they were dealing with a VERY difficult customer who spent 15-20 minutes of her time belittling the man behind the counter. He kept his cool, was able to resolve the issue the best he could considering the WORK of a person he was dealing with, and still got to my pc after and had it diagnosed in minutes. They definitely know what they’re doing and talking about. Would do service again in the future.

Went in for a new board, they ended up giving me a computer that wasn't as good as the one before but claimed it was all the same just a different shell basically etc. As someone who runs studio software, I was disappointed as it was NOT my old computer at all. Constant drops in tons of things, computer needs rebooted more often etc. Also bought some wifi adapters and one has gone out in the 5-6 months ive had it. ALSO bought a computer from them that hasn't lasted a year without issues (currently the USB ports are starting to act up and I've had it since July) Lastly, the price is higher than other stores I've found since then. Figured I'd share the experience to others.

Knowledgable. Fairly priced. Truly same-day turn around in my 2 expeiences with them. I drive 45 minutes and past 5 or 6 other closer places to come to these guys.

Nothing short of a perfect experience. I made a mostly successful attempt at my first PC build for my nephew. Had some connectors in the wrong headers on the MOBO and couldn’t get the AIO fans to kick on. David got me in that morning, figured out my fan issue, got me up to speed on some BIOS updates and even fixed a few minor things I had missed, and picked it up later that day. He even had time to install some software that controls all the RGB and works flawlessly. Highly recommend this place.
