R&K worked with me to resolve my problem. They recovered my PC image from a new drive, with wrong partition. Corrected the partition and restored the image. I will add that I followed some Microsoft instructions and got myself backed into a corner. R&K got me out of my jam and at a very reasonable cost. Thanks.

Requested my computer to have cables managed. They went above and beyond. They replaced oversized cables and provided the old cables back to me, installed an adapter to allowed my front USB port to work, and got it done in less than 24 hours. Their cable job was very professionally done! Fantastic service! Great job guys!!!

Really nice guys at the shop are really helpful when it comes to fixing issues on your computer, especially with hardware. Prices are reasonable and turnaround time was decent. They’ve help me with a solid state drive that died on me and were able to install a new one with fresh install of windows no problem. They’ve also done work on my laptop to swap some parts. Overall the guys are nice, know their stuff, and do a good job for a reasonable price!

I am biased, I've known these guys for years. Years before they chose to open a retail store. They will bend over backwards to help you out. Now as an employee I get to help as well. Rk computers have moved. The new address is 5433 s Mingo Rd suite B in the same building with Cook Appliance repair.
