They fixed my iPhone 12 Pro Max screen. My screen had a green line going down vertically. They replaced it in an hour. Only reason for the 4-Star rating is that they never told me up-front that the replacement screen was not an “Authentic iPhone Screen”. I have an error message in the Settings Widget that states “Unknown Part- The Display For This iPhone is not recognized”. It has a 1 in red next to the Gear ⚙️. I was told this would go away after a couple of days, but I doubt it. Other than that the staff were very nice, polite, courteous and the store was clean. :) Good people here and very friendly. Thank you guys for the help on getting my phone working better.

An employee we worked with several times at this location permantly locked my sister's phone. He told her that the password we had given him did not work despite us giving him a phone number to call in case there were any issues. But he went ahead and locked us out with our only option being to restart everything. When we first went to pickup the phone, the man told us he got locked out for 8 hours so we came back later and that's when he said he got locked from trying the wrong password. When asked why he didn't call us, all he said was that we should have had everything backed up. And refused to give a refund. I called again, two months later, and he's on the phone, claiming that it's common for phones to be locked out whenever the screens need to be repaired. But we were not informed of this prior to our last receipt. The man who we worked with three times is a taller guy. So, if you need any service from this location, make sure they tell you everything and keep your reciept. Or else they'll charge you over $300 on a service they're not 100% transparent over and will tell you you're in the wrong.

I took my Google Pixel watch in because the back screen had come off. It was fixed within 15 mins! Great service, clean and nice! Thanks again! ☺️

Super friendly and helpful! The Cricket store couldn't figure out my issue but they did it in a few seconds and at no charge to me! Highly recommend these folks!

Glued the back cover on my Samsung phone and cleaned the USB-C port so the cable plugs in more reliably. Quick, and he didn't charge me anything!
