Problems are inevitable in any business, but how they handle them makes or breaks the service. I took my phone in for what was supposed to be a straight forward repair that ended up being a little more complicated than expected. The team handled the entire situation in a more than satisfactory manner and once the process was over I walked away with a phone that was in as good of a condition as I bought it. You can feel confident that your phone is safe in their hands, even if things don't go to plan.

I stopped by the Brookside location when my iPhone suddenly quit on me and Kyle and Chad were super helpful and friendly. In my case they recommended I work with my carrier (Verizon) but it was so nice to not be pressured and receive knowledgeable honest advice. THese guys are awesome. I had 3 Iphone 7's that each had issues. They honestly evaluated the 2 I brought in. They were able to repair the speaker and mouthpiece on one and get it working like new, and explained why the other was not worth repairing after it had been sat upon. Great people, great prices. Super friendly folks, especially Roux - instead of trying to hard-sell me a phone repair, she helped me understand why my phone was actually unrepairable. I asked about a replacement phone I could purchase, and although they did not have the models in stock I was looking for, Roux provided several suggestions which would be a more cost-effective avenue than buying a new phone from my carrier. Appreciate your honesty and help!
