A very nice young man took in our item and explained all of the details about what they would do and estimated the cost. They were able to save info from my brother's broken computer so he didn't lose all of his files and pictures! We are thankful .

I got some malware on my computer. I ordered an antivirus off the internet and then I change my mind and told him I didn't want it cause it was LifeLock, what I did not want. I wanted something that makes sure no malware gets on there and that wasn't it I suppose that's what they told me so I asked for them to quit charge my Visa card. Of course then when I turn my computer off and turn it back, somehow my computer got locked up. Took it to oars, works great now. They had to erase the whole hard drive. They had it done the same day. I don't think I even mentioned it was a business cp. I have good experience s with them.

found a home lab server for my rack at a good price. they have some vintage hardware as well worth checking out if you are a hobbyist for vintage hardware like me they have some new old stock of PCMCIA cards, CRT monitors and some odd ball cables picked up a handful for my collection.

Prices are normal for a computer store. Don't think they are out of line. The gentleman that helped me knew more about the arcane cabling I needed for a rack server than most do, which was a relief. But the building looks like it is on its last legs and it needs to be fixed up badly. You could lose a small car in terrible pavement in the parking lot. I feel that the care that goes into a store directly reflects on the care that goes into their service. Doesn't reflect well here.

Accidentally happened to be in the neighborhood & spotted them while I had my old tablet with me for just that purpose- So I popped in ... while there the man behind the counter and his kindly assistance helped me with out trying ANY "hard sells" (I was actually shopping for a laptop to replace my tablet) They sterred me in the RIGHT direction for ME, not THEM. Very informative completely understood that we laymen don't do the jargon, and didn't try to force me to buy something I didn't NEED. They gave me great advice when I started my business they installed my servers, computers ect. Whenever I have any tech issues I just make a phone call and they FIX the issue. My business shall be with YOUR business!
