They were very kind and knowledgeable. I was able to work with them to get my MacBook back up and working. The display had gone out just by manufacture defect and I was able to use my laptop via an external display while they waited for the new part to arrive. I told my family about them and if we need to do any repairs on our Apple products, we will be going here

Incredibly rude. After explaining the issue with my device, the owner spoke to me in a condescending manner while eluding to my lack of intelligence. I explained once again for clarification and his response was abrupt and abrasive. From the sheer disrespect, I decided to leave and seek assistance elsewhere. Lasting impression: very rude, no customer service

I'm very pleased I brought my Mac to MobileMacsters when it started acting up. I only had to wait 3 days to get it in for diagnostics, and they were able to take care of my issue quickly. They were very fair on the labor - I was ready for a higher bill, and it came back lower than anticipated. Excellent experience. Glad to have found a place I can trust to repair my Mac! I 100% recommend them.

I had a good experience at this place. I took in my daughter’s broken iPad Air & everything went smoothly. The lady at the front desk has a good attitude & gives good customer service. I didn’t have to wait too long for the repair, only about a week or so. My 16 year old is very happy with her iPad. Awesome service! I would definitely go back. Thnx so much
