Oh man I wish they had half start!! Best Buy Geek Squad has the worst customer service! I was a tech member, and they installed my truck audio, but when it failed before the one-year warranty, they refused to cover it. Recently, I sent my Mac Mini for repair, and they promised 48-72 hours. After two days, they said it was ready, but when I arrived in dangerous snowy weather, they said it wasn’t. After five days, they claimed my hard drive was cracked and told me to go elsewhere. The GM was rude and told me to leave. I wish they kept their promises and returned my Mac Mini as I brought it or better!

Awful experience. I came in to get car radio installed since it was free for I spent so much. After the appointment I noticed my dash was loose and they had lost a plastic piece that hid a screw on my dash and now I have a hole in my dash that things can fall into. I told them they lost the piece so they had me come back to review the video. They claimed they couldn’t see the dash but then proceeded to say the worker didn’t get close to it. Which makes no sense if like they said “the video didn’t have right angle to see that area”. The worker also either stole or threw away the only thing I had sitting on my dash cup holder. They told me to called customer service to which they told me they can’t do anything since they aren’t the store I brought it to and said the store (Tulsa hills geek squad) is the one responsible for replacing my piece. I’ve now been on hold about 5 different times for 20 mins and it keeps getting hung up. Totally unprofessional and I wish I never spent my money on the radio.

I went to this geek squad and they were efficient and I didn't have to wait nor get an appointment. I will always come to this location.

This was an absolute horrible experience. Apparently a change in policy is not worthy of an email for members. Also if you are an employee and you decide to act entitled rather than helpful then there is a place for you somewhere else than a service industry. Take my advice and stay away.
