Had the unfortunate event of having both my laptop and a desktop go down within one day of each other. I looked at all the Google reviews plus this location is extremely close to where I live. I took both in. They explained the process very clearly. Also explaining that they do have an expedited service that does cost more, which is fine. For my laptop. I chose the expedited for the desktop I chose regular. If they didn't call me back the same day that I dropped off the laptop it was at the latest the next day. Seems like the parts price and the labor rate was very reasonable and they had me up and running very quickly on the laptop. I didn't need the desktop as soon. Very good communication and I would definitely recommend these guys.

These guys are really amazing people any one who need work done or a custom pc built they should talk to jeremy he is very helpful and good at what he does his cable management is also very good. had a issue with a doa part and he got it switched out in no time had It back same day thanks Jeremy!

Fierytech does great work! Our Grandson’s lap top was displaying a blue screen intermittently and he’d have to turn it off for a while and restart it. It became problematic. We researched tech companies in the area that could evaluate the issues and resolve. Fierytech had good reviews so I dropped by to inquire. Jeremy was terrific from the outset. He gave me clear instructions as to how he’d trouble shoot and advised the diagnostic service fee would be waived should I decide not to proceed with repairs. He was diligent about troubleshooting and did not give up even when the issues proved illusive to identify and resolve. Our Grandson was so happy to have his lap top back in good working order! I highly recommend Fierytech and Jeremy. He was great to work with, communicated well and the repair charges were fair. Thank you, Jeremy!
