Absolutely amazing team! Most helpful, informative, and execution quickly! I highly recommend Using this Apple location if you live in Tulsa Oklahoma. Thank you Apple for having such an amazing group of individuals. I recognize they go through a whole lot with The volume they deal with.

Sent in my MacBook for a repair. Out of 30 devices they sent in that day mine is the only one they have lost. Mike ( the admin) was very rude and treated me like a child as I was trying to figure out how to get my property replaced. Still not fixed. Mike the store manager was extremely nice and actually called the repair facility to confirm they never got it. After being lied to on multiple occasions and being treated with very little respect from the admin I fully recommend you go to a different Apple Store. Apple, hold your people accountable.

Worst Apple Store I have been too. Did not want to help at all with apple care. Lied about not being able to help with apple care, then once I told he they said we have the option to replace the phone in store he proceeded to insist for us to handle it online. Said that we could wait here but there’s nothing they can really do for us. And then said he could look the claim up but doubts he will be able to do anything. Did not try to offer any support at all. Not sure how his even employee considering how rude he was. By far worst experience in an Apple Store or any store.

Three remote controls in a row from my Apple TV died within days. The kids in the store were very nice about the returns, but that didn’t help me get a remote control for my Apple TV. Bad batch. Don’t know what their problem is.

Coming here was a big mistake to get my phone fixed. I made an appointment but they wouldn’t fix it in a timely fashion and so they asked me to call some 800# to do an express replacement, but then that didn’t work either because the store was preventing me from moving forward. They don’t understand their OWN systems and act like they’re doing me a favor. Ugh.
