This place is a joke and i wouldnt recommend anyone work here. Jessica the main manager shows up when she wants, doesnt communicate any issues and the other leads are a joke. If you are hard working they don't care, they'll find anything to reprimand you about when they do the same things. I answered my phone because there was an emergency, I was about to go outside to be able to talk to my partner and help her through the issue she was having, but it was raining so I didnt step out. Which of course they came over to try to reprimand me for it in front of all the other employees, which is unprofessional in the first place. They told me if I have a phone call I need to leave the building and clock out and if I'm on the phone again I was going to have to leave it in my car. I told them I see you guys on your phone all the time, do you clock out when you are on the phone. I Also just saw Jessica on her personal phone for a long time while she was at her desk and I know it wasn't business related with how she was trying to be quiet about the fact she was on her phone. If you want to up hold your workers to being punctional and not allow them to answer their phones maybe the leads should also follow those rules. Also i was told i couldnt eat on the floor and i have seen many other workers eating on the floor at their desk and nothing was said to them. Now if I was constantly on my phone and not doing my job I could see why they were having an issue. However I did my job and I would always make sure that extra boxes and extra bubble was made so that things could go quickly for others. I would keep myself busy all the time assuring things didn't fall behind. I would sometimes not take breaks to make sure i got things done, which that was also a problem for them. Keeping myself busy of course wasn't noticed and the only time I was spoken to by the leads was when they wanted to reprimand me. They basically waited until I went to lunch for me to be told they no longer wanted me there and i couldnt even go in to get my things when i was still sitting outside the building eating. I was never spoken to by Jessica for her to hear about the issue with the phone or my side of things. Which that just shows me they are little scaredy-cats that can't handle when someone calls them out for they're hypocrisy. They don't care about the people that work there and have a "your replaceable" attitude, no wonder they have a high turn over rate. The leads are mainly men that love to show you I'm above you. There was a lead there that would constantly be watching everything I did, would follow me around and wait until he could find something to reprimand me for and would smirk about it as he was walking away. It's a popularity contest there and I'm happy I'm not there anymore. My work will be appreciated else where and ill get paid what im worth. Also with such horrible reviews from customers this place will close down at some point.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY !!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS, I WOULD. After reading terrible reviews from the Better Business Bureau as well as Google, I went against my better judgment and signed up for an insurance policy for my laptop thorough the WORTH AVE GROUP insurance company that use THE REPAIR DEPOT for it's repairs. My laptop ended up being damaged and I filed a claim for a repair. I LITERALLY SENT MY LAPTOP TO THIS COMPANY FOR A REPAIR OVER 30 DAYS AGO AND STILL DON'THAVE MY LAPTOP. The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you email your "assigned adjuster " regarding updates, you'll be lucky to get a response. Virtually every time I contacted my adjuster, I didn't get a response and had to either call the company or message them via a live chat to get any type of communication regarding my claim. After 2 weeks had gone by after filing my claim , I received an automated email FROM THIS COMPANY telling me there was a delay. A week later , I received the same message again. after sending several emails, the best that I could get from them was that they were" waiting on parts " ( mind you, this is 3 weeks AFTER sending them my laptop). After continuously reiterating to them that I am a graduate student who needs my laptop to conduct my work (especially during this pandemic where virtually all school work is being done online) i finally got a date as to when "the parts" would come in. I contacted them 24 hours after when "the parts" was expected to be delivered, for an update regarding my laptop. Big surprise , 4 days went by and NO RESPONSE ( AND STILL NO RESPONSE). As it stands , it's been over 30 days , I don't have my laptop, and have no idea if or when I will get it back. I hope everyone reading this heeds my warning and DOES NOT USE THIS COMPANY and do not fall victim to their scam . They don't care about providing good service just about your money because they made it clear to me that they wouldn't start any repairs until they got my deposit money ( which I sent them BEFORE I SENT THEM MY LAPTOP). AGAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND BY FINDING A LEGIT COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE !

I Had a tablet repaired with The Repair Depot through the Worth Ave. Group Insurance and I am very pleased with the service that I received. During the time of the repair they kept me up to date with the progress of the repair and tracking numbers during the shipping of my device. Over all very good service and the repair is excellent quality as well.

I sent in a broken laptop through Square Trade's repair program. The staff at The Repair Depot responded amazingly (almost suspiciously) quickly and I had my laptop back within a week. The repair turnaround was fast, the laptop is functioning perfectly, and customer service was attentive. Square Trade would not let me know what was wrong with the computer (and actually told me there was no way to get that information), so I contacted The Repair Depot directly. Even though my request went to sales, they tracked down my repair order and let me know exactly what the problem had been. Which was notable on its own, but also made the work they did to fix it even more impressive in the time frame. I don’t live in Oklahoma, but if I did there is exactly ONE place I would go for computer sales and service. The Repair Depot.

I have a 17 inch touch screen hp envy computer that I have had for about a year and the screen had cracked. They agreed to fix it for a very reasonable price and due to Thanksgiving break being around the same time as me handing over my device, it took around 3 weeks to get back. When I got it back, the screen had been repaired nicely and everything appeared to work however upon closer inspection they had scratched and dented the fixture for where the screen would be snapped back into place and without my saying something, it appeared that they would not have told me. Since I got my computer back right before winter break I decided to wait until January to take it back for them to do the cosmetic repair. However, I decided to get a second opinion at a local place down in Houston (where I am from) and the guy told me that the people at the repair depot did not know how to properly set the screen. The screen on my computer had to be placed back into the fixture, but the people at the repair depot had jammed it back into the fixture which snapped the clip (which is now freefloating in the bottom of my computer) and snapped the board that holds the screen. I am not going to bring it back to this place as they do not know what they’re doing and do not have proper ethics if they were to do further damage if I brought it back. 100% do not recommend to anyone.
