Had HP printer ink cartridges I needed. Evidently HP is phasing the ones I need out. Had been getting at Sam's. Associate helping me must have been having a bad day. Wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either.

I brought printer ink and had a 15% off if I signed up for texts. I signed up ordered….etc but the 15% didn’t show!!! I was asked to do a survey of the experience, I did and didn’t give a great review because of the 15%. The next day, Staples had called me, (missed it) left a voice mail saying they would make it right. I had an email with the same info and they had taken over $25 off my order for the 15%. I don’t see customer service today like this, so very very appreciative!!

My ma and I love love love Staples. We purchase things online at Staples.com and pick it up at the store, all at great prices. We love to browse and buy things at the store. There are great deals and one of a kind items, I have bought several business cases and several unique suitcases there, some unique Samonite and others, and they are gorgeous and long lasting, very professional, tons of pockets and folders. We get the best price on toilet paper and cleaning supplies at Staples and Staples.com and on coffee, coffee creamer, paper, staples of course, even got ma even got me a gaming chair there and a very cool gaming monitor and computer and headphones! Love Staples.

Frustrating and Unprofessional Experience I had a terrible experience at the Staples store in Shawnee. I called ahead to inquire about a specific Canon printer ink, provided the exact model, and was assured by a woman on the phone that there was one left in stock. I even asked her to double-check since I would be driving 40 minutes one way to get there. She promised it was available. However, when I arrived, there was no ink in the store. When I asked why I was told it was in stock, one woman claimed it might have been a "new employee" who had already left for the day. I asked to speak with the manager, who insisted that no one working that day had spoken to me. She also stated there were only two women working all day, no one had left the job, and she didn’t know who could have talked to me. I don’t know who was lying, but I wasted two hours driving and dealing with the manager and the woman worker. Their names were Jordan and Kyler. Both women were rude and disrespectful throughout the situation. I will never shop at this Staples location again and cannot recommend anyone else do so.

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Let's start by i visited a nothe location over an hour away for a desk. They were unable to sell the display. So tjeu wanted to order it. Ordering cost an extra $100!!! So then they and I both called the shawnee location who "has it in stock" I explained I'm driving over an hour to pick it up please hold it. I get there only for them to sell it right in front of me then offer to sell me their display only they won't take it apart. The gentlean in the beanie was rude and dismissive. As a Regional manager for a conpany I am appaled by this level of disregard and horrid customer service.Wasted day wasted money. I will be returning the $300+ dollars of merchandise I bought! I will never give staples another dime.
