I have gone here and got my tablet repaired twice. They have absolutely amazing customer service, very funny. Going to have my second tablet fixed here. Definitely recommend!!!they do an amazing job. This this was completely destroyed. Screen cracked and had actual holes in the screen. Brand new look! -Alexis

CPR Cell Phone Repair on Harrison St in Shawnee, Ok has ALWAYS treated me fairly and even graciously! Today I had an issue with my phone due to an update and the cell phone carrier (no fault on their part) was unable to address, but actually directed me to CPR. I was greeted quickly and warmly and with a great amount of patience on his part the expert tech was able to analyze and resolve the issue and showed me how he did it. I offered to pay for his time and he kindly refused to take any $$. The least I could do was to leave a 5 star review. P.S. This is not the first time I have used these guys and if need be will not be the last. We are lucky to have them in Shawnee!

These guys are the best! I dropped my phone. The screen fell face down on the ceramic tile. The screen didn't crack, but there was nothing showing on the screen. It was solid black. They were able to get a new one installed and ready by the next day. Each one working there is knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend CPR.

My lock button wasn’t working and Verizon couldn’t fix it, but recommended cpr before trading it in. Set an appointment online, came straight in, and he was able to fix the bottom by cleaning it…best part is he didn’t charge me because it was a simple fix! Very thankful for the customer service, speed, kindness, and knowledge of the employee this morning!
