My go-to for any computer issues/upgrades. Never had any issues, they're fast, good pricing, good communication, and the owner explains things very well.

Took a 1500 dollor laptop in for repair the said it was a bad cable and said the repaired it and it went bad again shortly after opened it up myself to find this is there repair also scratched up my computer and charged me $200 bucks for parts???? (Duct tape must be getting expensive!) Never ever trust them with your computer this is borderline fraud and theft!

I don't recommend this business to anyone. I ordered a laptop from them through Walmart. It was advertised as having an i5 processor and the one I received had I3. The box it came in was concerning. It had holes in it like handles and tge computer was not wrapped to protect it from moisture or bouncing around in the box.

Noeleen is the absolute rudest business owner I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely treated me like trash and unimportant for even asking questions. Like it put her out to respond to me. Go to the other sand springs shops

I've used this shop before to replace a screen on a laptop, she was very quick and affordable. Recently took a desktop to be fixed, after my son's failed attempt to do it himself, she couldn't figure out what the problem was. When I picked it up, the $400 processor was just thrown in the case, not happy about that. Ended up the new motherboard just needed reset. To be fair, my son had damaged the pins on the processor, but was easily fixed and the computer is working fine now. Doubt I'll be returning.
