I have brought a few different PCs here over the years either to get fixed or when I done a new build to get wired up correctly. He has done a great job every time. Up until this last time when my power supply went out and he stuck a used power supply in my computer a cheap one at that. And stuck ugly colored cables in when my whole theme is black and white. When I texted him back asking if he could give me the black cables back I don’t want rainbow no response and then when I text him about the used power supply still no response.

I bought a laptop in December 2023 and the motherboard is now fried after four months of regular use. I played Fornite mostly and this "gaming" laptop couldn't handle it. The PC came with a whole 14 day warranty, so you know their stuff won't have to work long. Completely unimpressed with my purchase. Not worth the drive. Better to buy something new with a warranty.

Good refurb shop, I'll likely return. I put off buying just bc I needed more time with a project I'm working on but they had a lot of stock to pick from. My only sticking point is their shop warranty is 14 days and the restock fees listed for returns were a little offputting so I want to make sure I know exactly what I want before purchasing.

Loved my experience here. I didn't buy anything yet however they work on not just computers but TVs and I even saw some consoles. Prices were nice and reasonable for the computers I saw. There was a senior in high school working who was very knowledgeable said he had been there since he was a freshman. Highly recommend if you are into electronics at all!

Had an extra laptop that I wanted to sell a month back so figured I called a couple local places since I was too lazy to do the whole online marketplace and the owner here was quick to make an offer that matches the best price I’d get if I were to go the other route. Though he was out for a service call when I came by, it was apparent he had related clear instructions to his staffs regarding my visit so everything was taken care of in a timely manner. I took a quick tour around the store and can tell that their profit margins were truly unremarkable, especially during this time of inflation so please, support such local establishments!!
