Atlas was ok when we first got them. My biggest issue is when I accidentally forgot to make a payment for my Dec.1-Dec. 31, 2024 bill, I attempted to call their office to get it taken care of. When I hit send on placing the call it would ring once and then drop the call to where the call never went through. That happened 10 times. I went on their website and sent a message through the website to have someone reach out to me, but they never responded. So then I get hit with 2 months of no payment for month of Jan.1-Jan.31, 2025 and no way to contact someone. Then I get a message on Jan. 27, 2025 saying that service was to be disconnected on Jan. 29, 2025 and that they wanted their equipment back. I was ok with that as I was obtaining new service with a more reputable ISP. On Feb. 1, 2025, I received an invoice for 3 months of billing for Dec 2024 Jan. 2025, and now Feb 2025 yet I shouldn’t have been billed for Feb.1-Feb. 28 due to service being cut on Jan. 29. I go to reach out once again to set up a pick up time for their equipment and to discuss the bill, and still can’t get a call through to their office or even a response from their online message system. This is beyond ridiculous. How can I get this taken care of when I can’t get a call through to their office or get a response from their website messaging system?

Not worth it, having constant drops in service and latency is terrible. Called about it many times and they even said they found the problem on there end and would call back after doing more testing. No call, and I have the same problems.

Been with Atlas for several years. I didn’t have an altogether horrible experience however, the service was never as fast as what i was paying for. Verizon is far better at half the price now.

The worst customer service. Wifi has been out for three days and all they can tell us is "they put in a ticket" with no ETA on when they can get someone out here to fix it. How do you not know when you can get someone out here to fix a service you provide?

The worst WiFi provider!!! I have had atlas for 2 years and have them schedule to cancel services on 12/31. Their WiFi is so off an on and when you call to get your account credited they argue about how you didn’t call at that very second to report the outrage. How am I suppose to call the weekend of 10/07 when offices are closed? When telling them to be sure to cancel on 12/31 they then ask if I just want to cancel now. How do I cancel now when I have to work with WiFi? I can’t call another company at this very second and have a new WiFi provider in the next 30 min. They do not care about keeping tenured clients or making their clients happy. If there is another WiFi provider available go to them before Atlas broadband!!!!
