uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

I was pleased with the check-in process, the turn around time, and their assessment - all very polite, personable, & professional. They told me they could fix the problem but experience indicated the problem would likely return in 6 months and keep returning. Their recommendation was to replace my 4 1/2 year old laptop as it has lasted longer than most. No expensive repeated repairs, just good advice.

I went in today for a warantee work order on my Galaxy Z flip 6 and the guy working was very friendly, informative and got my phone fixed quickly. This was my first experience with ubreakifix but I would highly recommend this location in particular for fast, friendly service.

I had issues with my repair but only because the Samsung system was having issues. They did a great job w my repair and got it done so quickly when the system finally cooperated. I don't recommend getting insurance directly thru Samsung, this created a special kind of hell. Took 2 weeks and I paid for the repair 6 times before it got done. Not uBreakiFix problem or was all Samsung.
